These terms cover your use of iTeraPlay at https://iteraplay.net. By using the site, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
What the service does
iTeraPlay lets you paste a TeraBox share link and play or download the file it points to, using information TeraBox itself makes available for that link. iTeraPlay does not host, upload, store or curate any of the files it plays.
Your responsibility for what you open
You are responsible for only opening and downloading links you own or have permission to access. iTeraPlay has no way to verify who owns a file behind a link you paste in, and does not attempt to. Do not use iTeraPlay to access, copy or distribute content you do not have the right to.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the service to infringe someone else's copyright or other rights.
- Attempt to bypass a password, expired link, login requirement, or any limit TeraBox applies.
- Automate requests to the service (scripts, bots) in a way that circumvents the rate limits described in our privacy policy.
- Use the service to distribute malware, or content that is illegal in your jurisdiction.
No affiliation with TeraBox
iTeraPlay is an independent project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by TeraBox or Flextech Inc. We do not control TeraBox's servers, pricing, limits or availability, and cannot guarantee any link will keep working.
"As is", no warranty
The service is provided as is, without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that any given link will open, that playback or download speeds will meet any particular level, or that the service will be available without interruption.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, iTeraPlay is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the service, including loss of data or loss relating to content accessed through a link you pasted in.
Changes
We may change these terms as the service changes. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
