What each message from the player means, and what to try next.
"That does not look like a TeraBox share link"
The text pasted in is not a link, or is not a link from a TeraBox domain iTeraPlay recognises. Copy the whole link again from TeraBox's Share button, making sure nothing is cut off at the start or the end, and check our link formats page.
"This link has expired, was deleted, or is set to private"
The person who shared the file needs to open TeraBox and share it again, which creates a new link. There is no way for iTeraPlay, or any tool, to open a link once TeraBox has expired or removed it.
"This link is protected with a password"
The file has an extraction code set by the sender. Ask them for the code and open the link directly in TeraBox using that code; iTeraPlay cannot play a password-protected link.
"This link opens a folder"
Share links for a whole folder are not supported yet. Ask the sender to share the specific video file instead, or open the folder in TeraBox yourself and share the file you want from there.
The video plays but keeps buffering or stopping
TeraBox limits streaming and download speed for links opened without a paid TeraBox account, so a slow connection or a large file can buffer. Try a lower quality from the quality menu under the player, or wait for the file to buffer further ahead before pressing play again.
The video has no sound, or the picture is frozen
Try reloading the page and opening the link again first. If that does not help, the file itself may use a format your browser cannot decode; downloading it and opening it in a video app such as VLC usually still works.
My download will not start or stops partway
Open the link again and press Download once more; TeraBox's download links are only valid for a short time, so an old Download button can stop working after a few minutes. A large file on a slow connection can also simply take a while.
It says I have reached today's limit
Each visitor can open a limited number of links per day, currently 20, to keep the service free and stop automated abuse. The limit resets at midnight UTC. If you regularly need more, the file itself is best opened directly through TeraBox with an account.
None of this fixed it
