DMCA and takedown policy

iTeraPlay does not host, store or index any files. Every video played or downloaded through this site is served directly by TeraBox for a link the visitor provided. Because of this, removing a file from iTeraPlay is not possible; the file lives on TeraBox's servers, and only TeraBox can remove it.

If you own content shared through a TeraBox link

To have a file removed from TeraBox itself, use TeraBox's own copyright process, which is the only place a removal can actually take effect. TeraBox provides a copyright report form on its site; search "TeraBox copyright" on terabox.com or 1024terabox.com for the current link, since this address can change.

Once TeraBox removes or disables a link, it will stop working in iTeraPlay automatically the next time anyone tries to open it, in the same way it would on TeraBox's own site.

Blocking a link on iTeraPlay directly

If you would like iTeraPlay to specifically refuse a link while a TeraBox report is pending, or if you believe a link is being used to distribute content you own without permission, send us a notice with:

  1. Your contact information (name and email address).
  2. A description of the copyrighted work you believe is being infringed.
  3. The exact TeraBox share link in question.
  4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  5. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on their behalf.
  6. Your physical or electronic signature.

Send notices to support@iteraplay.net with "Copyright notice" in the subject line. We aim to review valid notices within a few business days and will block the specific link on iTeraPlay while it is investigated.

Counter-notice

If a link you shared was blocked and you believe this was a mistake, contact us at the same address with an explanation. We will review it and restore access where appropriate.

Repeat infringement

We keep a record of links blocked under this policy. This is separate from, and does not replace, any action TeraBox itself takes against accounts that repeatedly share infringing content.
